Shipment

The products are delivered directly from the warehouse in the Zurich Oberland to the whole of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150. For orders under CHF 150, the shipping costs are CHF 8.00.

Delivery time

The delivery time usually takes 1-3 days after leaving the warehouse.

Returns

Sometimes the garment just doesn't fit the way you imagined. I have experienced this before! You can return the non-fitting parts in unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days. Proceed as followed::

Please give me the order number and your email address on www.suipolewear.ch/ruecksendung. I will send you a return label that you can print out yourself.
Pack the clothes you want to return in the original packaging if possible and seal it well with tape.
Write your full address on the return label on the blank lines.
Cut out the label and stick it on the package.
Drop the package off at the nearest post office, get it stamped and your work is done.
